| A PEO is an organization that provides an integrated and cost effective approach to the management and administration of the human resources and employer risk of its clients. It is the employee administration solution for small- to medium-sized businesses. We transfer a client's employees to Distinct Employee Solutions payroll and, as a result, become the employer of record. However, the client still manages the daily supervision and control of these employees, including wage and employment decisions. By creating co-employment, we substantially assume employer rights, responsibilities, and risk through the establishment and maintenance of an employer relationship with the workers at its client locations. |
